There are three partnership levels: Authorised, silver and gold. All receive thorough training and sales support. The silver and gold levels receive bigger margins that arise from greater commitment on their part.

There are more or less requirements depending on the partnership level with respect to:
- Certified sales personnel.
- Certified pre-sales personnel (basic support)
- Certified technicians (advanced support)
- Monthly updates on leads and forecast.
- Representation on the partner’s website.

The higher the certification level, the greater the sales margins for the partner. In addition, depending on the certification level:

- Option of deployment service provision.
