Luis Ángel del Valle – Founder and CEO
Luis Ángel has more than 18 years of product and business development experience in the software security area. Prior to founding SealPath Technologies, Luis Ángel worked in international software development teams at companies like Motorola or Natural Vox. He headed the Department of Corporate Software at Panda, working closely with other areas of the company (Product Management, Sales, Support, Alliances with third parties, etc.), and managing supplier agreements, and relationships with partners and customers. Previously, he was senior software engineer at Motorola and Natural Vox. Luis Ángel has an MSc degree in Telecommunications Engineering by the University of the Basque Country.
Juan José Escobés – Founder and CTO
MSc Physics, specialized in Electronics and Automation. Executive MBA by ESEUNE. More than 10 years working as Project Manager in the software sector with more than 20 years of experience in this sector. Wide knowledge of the security software sector, specifically for enterprises and corporations. Before founding SealPath he was Department Director at Panda with responsibility over more than 50 people, managing the development of complex corporate security software solutions in different formats (SaaS, Appliance, etc.), distributed through channel partners.
Peli Araluze – Corporate Strategy Director
MSc Biology/Bio-chemistry by the University of the Basque Country. MBA by the Cambridge University. With Sales and financial background has extensive experience in creating value for shareholders, managing and coordinating corporate transformations, processes. He has worked in 3i, Talde SCR, Iberdrola and Kraft among other companies. He is in the board of more than 20 companies, leading processes of strategic and operational transformation, and has extensive management experience in many areas such as Sales, Marketing, Production and Finance.
Joao Matos – VP Sales Latam
Joao Matos has worked most of his career in the field of security mainly in the area of international business development. At Panda Security he worked as Director of National Organizations or franchises, Director of Panda LATAM, Canada, and Portugal. It has also been Sales Director of Panda Security Spain. It has a proven experience in sales and business development. Joao manages the business and channel development of SealPath in Latam, working closely with channel partners in Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Brasil, etc.
Rodolf Schmit – VP Sales EMEA
Rodolf Schmit has over 25 years of experience in sales management in the field of security software for the EMEA region in companies such as Infotron Systems, Astaro (now Sophos), ACC or Array Networks. In these companies he held positions of global responsibility, managing channel partners across EMEA, and the strategic accounts for the company. Based in Belgium he is currently responsible for channel management and business development of SealPath in EMEA.
Joaquín de la Torre – Business Development Director - Iberia
Joaquin has developed his professional career in sales and marketing positions of security software companies. Prior to joining SealPath, Joaquín was Account Manager for large accounts at ESET defining the strategy of the department, managing the channel development and strategic accounts. Earlier in Panda Security, Joaquín was Account Manager managing business development in sectors such as government, banking, industry, insurance, etc. He became the first member Panda "Achievers Club" to achieve the highest levels of sales of the company's largest accounts.
